Build your brand on a proven pen structure.
Most marker projects do not need a completely new pen body. We start from a validated barrel-and-tip platform, then customize the parts customers actually see, use and buy.
Ink / colour assortment
Formula and colour options are evaluated against the product platform and target application.
Barrel appearance / branding
Colour, logo, printing treatment and visual details within the validated structure.
Packaging / set configuration
Colour count, box structure, inserts, labels and retail presentation.
New barrel dimensions or structure
Requires tooling and re-validation of fit, sealing and writing performance.
Eight steps from idea to production.
The exact route depends on whether you are adapting an existing platform or developing a new structural component.
Choose base pen
Match intended application, category and tip structure.
Define ink & colours
Select the writing effect, colour group and performance target.
Brand appearance
Confirm barrel colour, logo, printing and visual direction.
Packaging
Build set quantity, box style, artwork and retail configuration.
Sampling
Create the agreed sample type for functional and visual review.
Review & adjust
Record targeted corrections rather than changing everything at once.
Mass production
Approved specifications move into scheduled production.
QC & shipment
Final inspection and shipping preparation to the agreed requirement.
Sample with a purpose.
A sample should answer specific questions: writing result, colour, branding, packaging and assembly. Each review should move the project closer to a frozen specification.

Barrel dimensions, tip fit and sealing are connected.
Once the barrel geometry changes, tooling may change too. More importantly, the fit between barrel, reservoir, tip and cap may need to be re-engineered and verified.
This is why we separate ordinary OEM customization from true new-tooling development.
