Most private-label projects should begin with an already-proven barrel and tip structure. This protects sealing, tip fit, ink flow and production stability while leaving meaningful room for brand customization.
Choose a proven structure
Select a marker platform by application, tip combination and writing performance.
Build your visual system
Develop barrel colour, printing, logo placement, colour assortment and packaging.
Sample before production
Review appearance, writing result, packaging and key performance before mass production.
A pen barrel is not just a shell.
Changing barrel dimensions can require new tooling and may alter the fit between the barrel, reservoir, tip and cap. That can affect sealing, evaporation, leakage and writing performance.
For normal OEM projects, we recommend validated structures first. A unique barrel becomes a separate new-tooling development project.
